Trade-In Policy:
Any instrument bought at Casa del Sol is eligible for trade-in. If you wish to trade
up in size or upgrade the instrument, we will give you back what you paid for your
instrument, minus a new set of dominant strings and the cost of repairs – should the
damage warrant significant repair. We will trade for instruments that were not bought
at our store at our own discretion.
Warranty:
We do offer a one-year warranty on all instruments and bows. To see a full description
of our warranty, please e-mail us, and we can e-mail our warranty to you in PDF format.
Return Policy:
You have 5 business days to return the item for a full refund. After 5 days, you may
trade in for another instrument. If you are in any way
unsure about an instrument, please take advantage of our
Sign-Out policy.
Sign-Out Policy:
We will sign out instruments and ship them to any location, provided you accept our sign-out
agreement. The trial period lasts 7 days for local customers
and 10 days for people who are more than 2 hours away. We
can either e-mail/fax a sign-out agreement (PDF) for you to
complete and e-mail/fax back to us, or you can call us and
give us your information over the phone. Please note: the
sign-out sheet does ask for your credt card information, but
your credit card will not be billed unless you wish to
purchase the item or the item is delinquent for 30 days
after the agreed-upon date.
